I'm Rob Moal, a personal trainer in Vancouver with over 20 years of experience helping busy professionals get stronger, leaner, and healthier. I bring the same structured, results-driven approach to partner training that I use with every individual client.
I work with couples, coworkers, and friends across Downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, the West End, Gastown, and the Beach District, and offer online partner coaching for clients anywhere in Canada.
No generic programs. No one-size-fits-all workouts. A system built around your group.
Your workouts, nutrition, and progress all in one place. You and your partner follow the same structured plan — built for your shared goals and adjusted as you go. Whether you're training in the gym or online, you always know what your next step is.
Partner Training In Vancouver
In-person sessions at Evolve Strength, The Post. Rob coaches both partners simultaneously, scaling load and intensity per person so everyone gets a hard session.
Every client I work with follows a structured program.
Your training, your progress, and your nutrition guidance are all laid out inside the app, so you’re not guessing what to do from session to session.
If you’re training on your own between sessions, traveling, or just working around a busy week, the structure stays the same. That’s what keeps results moving.
Whether you're starting again or looking to level up your training, I'll create a plan built around your schedule, your body, and the results you want.
Groups of 2–3. Keeps the coaching quality high and the sessions focused on real results.
Do we need to be at the same fitness level?

What if one of us has an injury or limitation?
That's normal. Programs are adjusted individually so one partner's limitation doesn't hold the other back. Rob has 20+ years working around injuries and movement restrictions.
Can couples train together?
Yes, and it works extremely well. Shared schedule, shared accountability, and a plan built around both people's goals.
