Every program I build starts with a full assessment your goals, your movement, your history, and what’s actually going to work
for your life. If you’re a busy professional who can only train three times a week, your program is built around that. If you’ve got a bad shoulder or chronic lower back pain, we work around it and more often than not, we fix it. If you’ve tried training before and fallen off, we figure out exactly why and build a system that stops it from happening again.

I’m certified through Can-Fit Pro, Precision Nutrition, the Grey Institute, Twist Conditioning, FMS, and TRX. That’s not a list of
letters after my name, it means your program is built on science-backed methods for strength, fat loss, mobility, and corrective exercise, not whatever’s trending.
