Why This Podcast Exists

There is more fitness information available now than ever, and most people are more confused than they have ever been. The podcast is where I slow down and work through the things a two minute video cannot cover: why a program is built the way it is, what changes as you age, and how to make training fit a real life with a career, a family, and a body that has some history to it.

Everything here comes out of coaching real people in Vancouver and online, not from theory. If something works in the gym with clients, it ends up in an episode. If it does not, I say that too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to listen in order?

No. Each episode stands on its own, so start with whatever topic is most relevant to what you are working on right now.

How long are the episodes?

Most run long enough to actually get into a topic properly rather than skimming it. Show notes and takeaways are listed on each episode so you can find the part you care about.

Can I suggest a topic or guest?

Yes. A lot of episodes come directly from client questions and comments, so if there is something you want covered, ask.

Do you train clients in person in Vancouver?

Yes. Alongside the podcast, I coach clients in person in Vancouver and online, with in person packages including a full InBody composition scan and movement assessment.
