Yes! I offer small group, couples, and corporate training sessions for those who want to train with a friend or colleagues.

I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may result in a session charge. All sales are final.

You can reschedule within the same week if space allows and may be subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. For online clients, workouts are available to complete at your convenience.
