How many sessions per week do I actually need to see results?

3 sessions per week is the sweet spot for most busy professionals. It's enough to drive real change without dominating your schedule. The program flexes around your calendar for heavier and lighter weeks.

Do you offer both in-person and online coaching?

Yes. I train clients in-person across Vancouver and coach online clients across Canada. Online works particularly well for professionals who travel frequently or have unpredictable schedules.

Where do you train clients in Vancouver?

I work with clients at top facilities including Evolve Strength The Post, and offer mobile training for clients in building gyms across Yaletown, Coal Harbour, the West End, Gastown, and the Beach District.

What if I travel a lot for work?

Travel-compatible programming is built into your plan from day one. Hotel gym workouts and bodyweight sessions slot in automatically so you don't lose progress between trips.

I've tried personal training before and stopped, how is this different?

The number one reason people stop is that their program didn't adapt to their life. This one does. When you miss a session we adjust, we don't start over.

What if I only have 30-45 minutes per session?
