I’m Rob Moal, and I’ve spent over 20 years coaching busy professionals in Downtown who are serious about their results but realistic about their schedule. I work with clients at top-tier facilities in downtownr and offer mobile training at your building gym depending on location. Online coaching is also available with structured programs and weekly check-ins.

I work long hours downtown — can you train around my schedule?

Yes and that’s exactly what this program is built for.

Early mornings, lunch hours, evenings. I work around your calendar, not the other way around. Most of my downtown clients train 3x per week and see consistent results without it taking over their lives.

Do you have any accreditations or certifications?

Yes, we are accredited by Can-Fit Pro, Precision Nutrition, Grey Institute, Twist Conditioning, FMS and TRX. These certifications are for personal training, nutrition, mobilty and corrective exercise.
