Online personal training has changed what’s possible for people who can’t commit to a fixed studio schedule. You don’t need to be in Vancouver. You don’t need to train at a specific time. That’s what online coaching with Train Like Rob delivers. Every client gets a fully personalised training program built around their goals and schedule, nutrition guidance aligned with their training, weekly check-ins via the app, and direct access to me when they have questions. This isn’t a download-and-disappear program. It’s structured coaching, the same system I use with in-person clients, delivered remotely.
I coach online clients across Canada. Whether you’re in Vancouver, moving between cities for work, or simply prefer the flexibility of training on your own schedule, the coaching adapts to you. Most online clients train 3–4 times per week and check in weekly.
Results typically start showing within 4–6 weeks. If you’ve tried online training before and found it wasn’t accountable enough that’s the most common reason online coachingfails. The difference is having a real coach who monitors your progress, adjusts your program, and holds you to a standard. That’s what makes this work.
