By purchasing a session package or service from Train Like Rob, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. SESSION PACKAGE VALIDITY AND EXPIRATION

All session packages have expiration dates to ensure program effectiveness and optimal results.
10-30 Session Packages: Valid for 8 months from the date of purchase
40-50 Session Packages: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Sessions not completed within the validity period will expire and cannot be used, refunded, or transferred. It is the client's responsibility to schedule and complete sessions within the package validity period.

2. TRAINING FREQUENCY AND PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Our programs are designed with specific training frequencies to deliver results. To maintain program effectiveness:
Clients are expected to train at the recommended frequency (typically 2x per week, or as agreed upon in your program)
If you cannot meet in-person training frequency due to travel or scheduling conflicts, you must complete sessions via Zoom to maintain program integrity
Inconsistent attendance or failure to maintain training frequency may result in suboptimal results

3. MONTHLY PROGRESS EVALUATIONS

All active clients are required to participate in monthly progress evaluations. These evaluations are essential to:
Realign goals based on your progress
Keep you motivated and accountable
Adjust programming as needed
Ensure you're on track to achieve your objectives
Failure to complete monthly evaluations may result in program modification or termination.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session.
Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled within the package validity period. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute rescheduling requests.
Frequent cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule may be required to move to a different program structure or forfeit their spot.

5. REMOTE/ZOOM TRAINING

When in-person training is not possible:
Clients must train via Zoom to maintain program frequency and effectiveness
Zoom sessions count toward your session package total
Technical requirements (stable internet, appropriate space, basic equipment) are the client's responsibility
Zoom sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy as in-person sessions

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full at the time of package purchase
All sales are final once payment is processed
Session packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other individuals

7. REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued for purchased session packages, except as required by law
Unused sessions that expire due to the validity period are not eligible for refunds or extensions
Medical or extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee refunds

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions (in-person or virtual)
Follow program guidelines and training recommendations
Communicate any injuries, health concerns, or limitations before training
Maintain the required training frequency to ensure program effectiveness
Complete monthly progress evaluations
Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

9. TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

We commit to:
Providing safe, effective, and professional training services
Conducting monthly progress evaluations for all active clients
Communicating clearly about program expectations and requirements
Offering flexible training options (in-person and Zoom) when appropriate

10. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before beginning training
Clients train at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety
You should consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program
Train Like Rob is not liable for injuries sustained during or as a result of training

11. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Clients who cannot or will not adhere to program frequency, attendance requirements, or monthly evaluations may have their program modified or terminated
[Your Business Name] reserves the right to terminate services to clients who repeatedly violate these terms
In cases of program termination due to client non-compliance, no refunds will be issued

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

Train Like Rob reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For packages purchased before March 14 2025: Clients with unused sessions from packages purchased prior to these terms being posted will be given reasonable notice and a grace period to complete sessions under previous terms.
